Situated on the waterfront platform of Xiaying Park, "I Love Xia Ying" is a dynamic typographical installation that harmonizes with the linear textures of the riverbank. Utilizing a fluid, handwritten font and a palette of blue, pink, and silver, the work bridges the gap between urban infrastructure and emotional expression. Beyond its role as a visual landmark, the modular metal structure is designed to be functional, serving as public seating for visitors. By night, the internal smart lighting system transforms the letters into a glowing beacon, activating the social vitality of the waterfront while fostering a deep sense of belonging and cultural pride among citizens.
